The subscription period for the online exams module is 3 months, 6 months or year based on different exams. During this period, you can access the online exams module for limited times and maximum three times per subject and this will vary from exam to exam as one or two and maximum three times.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
We do not offer partial refunds for the online exams module. If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a full refund or no refund at all, depending on the cancellation period.
